Whew! This was the first large, family gathering for over two years. Including children, we had 22 people attend! It’s amazing how you organize a house on quarantine and the shift to hosting gatherings! We did it! We all pulled together and cleaned, shifted, and organized. What a beautiful day to celebrate family. The last two years we met at a local park to enjoy family.

I was so proud of Valentina! She made sweet potato casserole using sweet potatoes from our neighbor’s garden.
Uncle John carved the turkey! Spencer and Anna tried our best at carving the hams!
Parish and I brought enough shells home from Rodanthe to have a “shell craft” time. We also made turkeys. I loved seeing the older children help the younger ones in crafts and spend hours creating. It was so lovely, we sat outside.
Spencer Jr tried the slide with his sister. Adelaide came early and was a big help! Thank you Spencer for helping with leaves!
We were able to select our weekend for 2022 Ohana Hebb Family Reunion. We are headed to Lake Anna State Park the weekend of October 21.
