God’s Word is our handbook for life!  Over the weekend our speaker from Knowing God Ministries shared that we are to be intentional about our chair for Jesus.  Do you have a place in your home, a comfy chair with all your supplies for Bible Study, so you can dig into God’s Word?  When you begin your day from the chair, God will teach us how to handle the day. Don’t you want your life to flow full like a river–blessings rolling in like waves from the sea?  The blessings come in the form of fruit: love, joy, peace ,patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Don’t look at God’s Word as a book of rules that steals our freedom but a handbook that brings protection, peace, and direction.

By plugging into Jesus, we can do great and mighty things we never thought possible!  She related our lives to a smart phone.  Think of all the things that little thing can do!  YOU WERE CREATED TO DO SO MUCH MORE!!!!  PLUG INTO JESUS!

You have hidden talents and gifts that God can cultivate and grow as you get to know Him better by studying His Word.
