Cajun Corn Chowder Written Out…

Folks could not read the card so here it is written out:

1 Stick of butter

1 can cream of potato soup

1 can cream corn

1 can Mexicorn

1 tsp. Sweet basil

1-2 tsp Tony’s Creole Seasoning

8 oz cream cheese

2 cup milk (Vitamin D is best)

1 can Shoepeg (white) corn optional


1 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old  Bay)

1-2 packages frozen salad shrimp

Cook – Throw it all into a crock-pot and stir every so often.  I usually double the recipe.  It tastes best the next day so make it the night before you really want it.
